Hello All

I ejected the Blu Ray discs of all the movies that I have acquired digital version. Even after doing that when I go to my system on the browser and under tab movies it still shows as if dvd's are in my system. Is this because they have been catalogued? How do I fix this.

Cheers

Connect to the web interface of the Mplayer that is part of the Premiere system. Check the BluRay discs and move them to the trash.

Did this work? I'm having a similar issue.

My disks got jammed, removed them all, I want to reload them but they all say they are still there. Tried to eject a few even though they are not there and it's not working. Thanks

I got a solution from tech support.

Go to the url of your sever and add this extension...

/inventory.html

It will run inventory of all the disks on your system. Vault said I had to eject disks even though there were none. After about 5 fake ejections I got an error 98 message. Had to restart the Vault and then it did another 5 disks. Repeated this a few times and I'm good to go.
