I have a Strato S (2 Rack Space original model, 6tb) that won't boot past the Kaleidescape "please wait" screen. It will just hang there, then the logo goes away and that's all. It never gets to the Dolby / DTS logo's across the bottom. I don't get any error lights on the front.

I got an error notification via email that it was offline after an update was completed. Contacted support and they said it's out of warranty and I can't do anything with it.

Any ideas on things I can try? Tried the pinhole reset to no avail.
 
No. The IP address shows up on a network scan, but when I type in the address, it won’t load
 
If the unit is linked to your account, and it's connecting to the network, I'm surprised support can't reset the update for you... I had a technical issue with one of my Altos a while ago, and K support did some magic and it came back online...
