Is there any way to filter movies within a collection? I only seem to have this option for the full movie list, while the collections views only provide them in chronological order.

Also, is there a way to make the Cover view display only New / unwatched collection items?

I always hate to contradict Mike because he's almost always right. But in this case, he's not completely correct.

He is correct that you can't filter the titles in the Covers place to only show a subset of your movies.

But you can filter movies on the Collections place for Alto, Strato, and Strato C but not currently on Strato V because it's a different Collections place. You can only do this if you have a control system (i.e. if you're using an IR remote, you're out of luck here).

To do so, you would send a "FILTER_LIST" command which displays a wedge in the top right corner of the screen:

You would then use your control system to start entering letters (which is sending a "USER_INPUT" command). As you do, the list of movies gets filtered down to only titles that match your entry:

As I mentioned above, this does not work on Strato V's collection place at the moment. If you issue a FILTER_LIST command there, it will just initiate a library search and pop up the "Search my Movies" onscreen keyboard.

Also note that FILTER_LIST works on the Movie List place as well but has no effect on the Movie Covers place.
