Costar Purchase Status

I had cause to turn the premier servers off for a spell, and didn't think of it when I clicked on the reminder email for the last day of the Sizzle Sale. Was a bit surprised to see all the flags (checkmarks in lower-left corner of cover-art) gone when perusing, although the detailed listing did still show the correct status for previously purchased/downloaded content. My Strato is still on, so I'm a bit surprised it wasn't at least showing flags for the owned/downloaded content there.

Is this expected behavior in Costar systems, for all purchase information to be stored on the premier side of the house (presumably because it started there when the store account was setup in the first place?)

- In triple-checking before hitting submit, a refresh did get them to show, but still odd.

Assuming that you're referring to content purchased from Kaleidescape and downloaded to your Premiere servers, no, it shouldn't matter that the Premiere server was turned off for any length of time. Your purchases are recorded on the store servers. So it may have been some kind of temporary glitch. The store web code makes several requests to the servers when building the page, and I could imagine a situation in which one fails and causes this behavior, perhaps due to some kind of transient network issue somewhere between you and us. Sorry for the confusion!
