Compact terra won’t stay on

Hi

Has anyone had an issue with their compact terra flashing slowly about 8 time then shutting off. I can’t mine to turn on
 
Contact your dealer, this is likely one of the units that needs to be RMA'd. (I'm obviously not Tech Support, only they can confirm if that's actually the case.) If you don't have a dealer, contact Support directly.)

RMA’d?

I have a dealer I’ll prob have to wait til Monday but hopefully they’re open tomorrow
 
RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization

An RMA will be issued if Kaleidescape Support determines there is a problem with the component that cannot be corrected at your location, and if the component is still under warranty. The RMA has the return instructions (RMA#, ship to address, etc.)

The warranty period for Strato and Terra products is 5 years from the date the product ships from Kaleidescape. Your dealer can call Support directly, but the preferred process is to initiate a "Case" on the dealer Extranet, and Support will contact your dealer with further instructions.

Got my new compact terra. Would u know why the logo is blue instead of white like the player ? My other Terra was white and matched the Strato
