Cineone with no IR?

Hi All,
I have a Cineone with a small problem - the IR doesn't work. It can be controlled via IP i.e. Kal App on iPhone.
Any ideas?

I assume you've confirmed your remote control is working properly? (I know it's too simple, but we have sometimes found the remote to be the problem (good batteries).

You can also verify whether or not IR control is enabled or disabled:
1. Navigate to the installer browser interface (http://<server IP>/installer/components.html
2. Click on the Settings button for your Cinema One.
3. In the resulting popup, click the "Control" tab.
4. Verify that the "Kenwood" or "Toshiba" (or both) check box is enabled in the IR section of the page.

Great point! (Forgot the obvious.):)

Jim

Plus with the C1 you've got 2 remotes (main & kid's) so you can check to see if both are not working or just one.

Okay, then obviously K Support is the next step. Contact your dealer, if you have one, or Support directly.
