Cinema One Questions

Hi from a newbie in UK
Just installed a Cinema One and have some questions. But will ask one at a time...
Note also using a 4TB Melco N1a for CDs so the cinema one isn't too difficult to work out.
It came with CD's and about 160 DVDs already ripped to the Hard Drive.
Ideally I would like to start as if it is factory fresh
Is there a way to reset it back to factory defaults with the Drive Wiped?
Deleting films one by one is going to be a long job.

You can delete them all but it just moves the file to a deleted folder. I wouldn’t recommend physically deleting the movies beyond just moving them to the deleted folder or it only adds wear on the drives

I don't recall exact details, but there is an option to "Reset Settings and Erase All Content" when you deactivate the system. I believe there is an activation menu item near the bottom of the on-screen settings.

Question no 2. I now have two cinema one v.2 working units, one main and the other for spares to keep the main unit going.
After turning off from the power button the hard drive still spins. I have standby set at 20 minutes.
Do the hard drives spin all the time unit is off, but connected to power supply?
