CEDIA news?

They were showing off the new Mini Player and the new 1080p player. The 1080p player is probably the best upscaling DVD player I've ever seen.

The former director of engineering and co-founder Dan Collens was in the booth somewhat independently showing off an iPhone app he had written for browsing Kaleidescape music. It is still in development but is the most elegant implementation I have seen for controlling Kaleidescape music. A full screen of cover art that he could flick and click around, text browsing as well, super slick.
No info on if or when it would be available and how. I heard that if it is something you are interested that you should email Kaleidescape executive staff and let them know there is demand for it.

Thanks for the kind words, Casey! We've finally launched and the app is up on the App Store. Find out more at www.remotescape.com and check out Josh's detailed review.
