Bulk loader issue

Anyone else experience bulk loader's that simply wont recognize anything until you do a hard reboot on your server and bulkloader?
 
I haven't had that issue. The only issue I had was slow loading and we patched the firmware on the loader and it ran much faster. I think they are all shipping without that issue now.
 
Thanks. Im going to ask about the firmware since this happens alot.
 
When I say slow loading, I mean slow reading, not taking forever to put the discs in.
