Brothers and Sisters Season 3 (R1)

We have a problem in a customer's system with these R1 discs. Playing any of the discs or episodes from the server after they have been copied somehow causes the player to crash "lightly?" and so you can not play any of this.

Playing directly any of the discs from the tray works.

The video output from the movie player is set in component. Since you can play the disc from the tray this should not be a video output/signal problem.

This is a 2x3U server system with over 2200 dvds from all regions and everything else works perfectly.

Any thoughts?

This could a bookmarking issue. I would recommend contacting K's tech support. They should be able to get to the bottom of the issue fairly quickly.

I am in contact with K's tech support. They told me to delete the discs and re-import them. We did so and the problem is still there.

The customer called me today and informed me that Grey's Anatomy Season 5 and Private Practice Season 2 that have been imported the last 2 weeks, also exhibit the same problem. The customer also told me that these discs are from the same company but I have not checked this.
