Bringing Out the Dead - no Atmos?

The 4K version disc version of Bringing Out the Dead (1999, Scorsese, Paramount) supposedly has a killer Atmos soundtrack in the new Paramount 4K disc.
I was excited to upgrade my old DVD copy, but we're only getting the 5.1. Any chance of an update? Is that common with this studio?

It looks like only 5.1 for digital stores. The same on Apple and Fandango. Sometimes studios provide better audio tracks on disc vs. digital. It's just a thing that happens. I wouldn't say this is common, but it's not rare either. A couple hundred examples at least, I think.

In regards to sending requests to K and whatnot, I recommend checking other stores first. If they have Atmos, then it may be worth making a request. However, be aware that sometimes studios only provide lossy Atmos to digital and K rejects those. So, while seeing 5.1 on Apple may confirm that K can't get Atmos, seeing Atmos on Apple doesn't confirm that K can get it. Perfectly obtuse.
 
That being said, does K log requests? Like could there be value in requesting so they can tell studios “74,844 of our customers requested Atmos on Bringing Out the Dead yesterday, could we get the track?”

Highly unlikely but I am always wondering how we can make sure studios realize that idiots like us who are willing to invest $10K+ in a movie platform should be their priority…..
