I just purchased this BR and when I loaded it in it hadn't been bookmarked (all I could do was "play disc").

I notified K and the response I got back was: "We have just purchased this title and as soon as we receive it we will fully bookmark them and once that has been done it should automatically update on you system".

Now it is three days later and all the episodes have been bookmarked along with all of the extras.

I tend to mainly buy mainstream titles BUT I have not seen any dropoff in support for titles that I get that are not bookmarked. I have yet to have to send in any movies in order to get them bookmarked. The support from K has been consistently excellent.
