Are people in Canada using the US movie store?

I've noticed that there are a much wider selection of movies available in the US store, when accessing on my laptop via a VPN.

How are people in Canada handling this? Do you access the store through a VPN? Using a US virtual credit card? Does the actual server also need to somehow be hooked up to a VPN?

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a system purchase, but I want to make sure I have access to all the available movies, and I want to avoid having to double-buy items in the USA and Canadian stores.
