Animal Kingdom Series HD/SD

Animal Kingdom Seasons 1-2 available in HD; Seasons 3-6 only in SD. Can't think of a rational explanation for this.

I know that there are many TV series in SD (which are available on Blu-ray disc), but can someone proffer an explanation for the anomaly above? It would actually make more sense if the last two seasons were in HD and the earlier seasons in SD. Regardless, it's disappointing.

It is the same on disc - season 1 & 2 on BR while the rest are DVD. No idea why…..

Thanks for catching that. Strange. But, it appears that Amazon Prime offers all seasons in HD.
