Adding and Deleting movies from Terra

It happened much quicker than I expected. My Terra is now full! So now I need to remove some movies to make room for new movies. I usually would have to be in my home network and sign up to: http://my-kaleidescape.local
Is there any way to do this remotely? Or is the only way I can remove movies from my Terra is to be at home and in my home network?

Alex

You can do this remote. Just download the Kaleidescape app and navigate to ‘My Movies’ under the ‘More’ menu.

Pick a movie you want to delete and on the movie’s page, select ‘manage downloads’ then ‘delete’.

The mobile app is probably the easiest and most portable way, but you can also do it from the web site (Kaleidescape Movie Store). Just open the details for a movie you own, and you'll see a Delete option over on the left side.

Is there an expectation for how long it should take for the system to recognize the space is now available and begin queued downloads? I always end up impatiently deleting more titles waiting for the downloads to start and overshoot it. I try to look at the size of the title and match up the space needed but it's not precise.

off-loading a franchise usually makes some room.
