A simple plan, import error

Just picked up A Simple Plan in the $5 bin at Walmart tonight. Both my m700 and m500 immediately eject it and say DVD cannot be imported.

Anyone else have any issues?

Try cleaning it with a microfiber cloth and windex. Had read this in this forum and did it last week when my vault suddenly ejected 9 BD's(7 out of 9 were Eagle Rock BDs). Cleaned them and the vault did not eject them again after running the "inventory" check. Decided to do this with other BDs and mostly CDs that were not readable and the vault would immediately eject in the past, they were all recognised and imported.

Beat me to it! Cleaning the disc is the first step, and often times this fixes the problem. Even new discs can have import problems, I clean all my discs before importing. This will not fix other issues (poorly authored, defective layers, etc.), but it fixes dirty discs.

I'll try cleaning it, our local salvage store bought the entire Blockbuster disc by mail inventory so I'm well versed in cleaning. This is just is not acting like a dirty disc.

The obvious way to check is by trying other discs.

Could also be a failing or dirty optical drive, so you might consider running one of the BR disc cleaners to see if that helps as well.
