A BUNCH OF IMPORTANT HD UPGRADES STUCK WAITING ON PROGRAM GUIDE.

Same problem here. Started some updates last night and stuck at “Downloading Movie Guide Update”.

Switched movies around and it’s going again. The movie I got hung-up on was “The Bucket List”.

I think there may be a K-store issue because I've had "The Terminator: Season 1" update sitting there incomplete since last night.

I set Wrath Of Titans for download and it was stuck... and then ordered Elvis to watch with he family last night.
To keep the download of Elvis moving, I removed Wrath Of Titans from the download list.
Elvis downloaded fast in like 9 minutes.
But now Wrath of Titans is not in my update list.... did I lose the chance of updating Wrath of Titans?

Does it show up in the Updates section? I feel like an update wouldn't go away randomly. There just seem to be issues with the K-store at the moment.

And it appears to be just the Updates that are a problem. People can download new titles, but updates are freezing up.

For me it seems that if the update requires an update to the 'Movie Guide' then it just waits and the downloads stop so that is where the problem lies. Updates and new films not requiring the 'Movie GUide' update download OK if you move them to the top of the download list

Guess we’ll have to wait until K folks start their work week tomorrow to get this issue resolved.

Although someone must have been at the helm this past Friday and Saturday, as that’s when we received all the Updates Available notifications.

No... it not in the updates section..

K is aware of the problem. I've seen this once previously and it was a reasonably quick fix. (It might be from a recent Store related software update.)

I wonder if it isn’t related to a potential DNS resolution issue. If your using a static IP address, you could try using 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2 as the DNS server and see if that helps. It may not, but both of those are reliable and using them puts my mind at ease that the issue isn’t related to poor DNS resolution.

Just adding my comment to say that I'm also experiencing this issue with an update to Barry Lyndon. I had to switch the download order to get something else to download, but since I'm not downloading anything else right now it's not really interfering with anything anymore. Still, would be good to get it fixed.
