5U not downloading movie copy and image

Anyone ever had an issue with a movie downloading properly (with the movie title turning into a yellow link when the download is finished), but when the link is clicked on there is just a blank box...no copy or image? I've run into this issue as of last night. Anyhelp is appreciated.

Hi CapedWonder (Jim)...

How has your first month or so been with your Kaleidescape?

Have you tried out the favorite scene features any more? Would love to get your superman scene markers...

Hey Josh,

The first month has been great! I've emmersed myself into learning as much as possible. It's been a lot of fun so far!

I have been very busy loading CDs and DVDs right now. I'm almost done with the bulk of it, and then I'll begin on Superman favorites and scripts.
