1917 upgrade bar has been stuck on my downloads screen for 3 days

Here is a little bug of little consequence but...1917 upgrade stuck.PNG

The new Atmos track is a big improvement with overhead creaking in the TRIPWIRE scene also dirt falling from overhead on the last scene, playback is fine. What gives with the stuck progress bar?

Recycle the power.

I'm assuming you checked to be sure you didn't accidentally hit the Pause Downloads button. You might try adding another movie to the download Q, see if that gets it moving, also email Support.

It would appear that there was some sort of issue with your system communicating back to the headend that the update completed and thus the stuck status bar. Did you, by any chance, manually delete the old version of 1917 while the new one was still downloading?

You should definitely reach out to Support so that we can take a closer look at what's going on.

Hi, not at first but might have last night, I deleted to re-download, now I don't have the title and it stuck.

Sure as soon as I have a chance, Thanks!
