    M700 Calibration issue

    I've never dealt with that issue myself. Did K provide any troubleshooting advice? If it were me, I'd read power to the stepper actuator and see if it is being commanded. If that seems good, swap one of the known good actuators in to the bad position and see if that fixes it.

    I added a 6TB to replace a 4TB. That's 2TB more if I understand it right.

    I am happy to report: after replacing the defective hard drive, my system is running as it should. Thank you all for your help. Lesson learned: I should have gone to tech support first... Chris

    Question: Should I replace the known bad HDD with the system powered off? Or should I have the system up and running and then remove the disk to simulate a failure? I'm not sure it matters, but I thought I should ask. Thanks,
