Stop Making Sense - no upgrade from HD available?

I'm holding out until it's actually released, vs pre-order, to determine if there will be a upgrade available, but yes, A24 now has the rights to distribute this title and is responsible for the new update and release, so it's really up to them.
 
Anyone happen to know whether Atmos audio will be available on the standard HD version, or only with the 4K version? I’m on a Premiere system, but sure would love to hear this in Atmos.

The way this is laid out it doesn’t look like it, with the divider separating HD by itself, but until it is released we don’t know for sure.

Dates, and further info unknown. A24 announced this morning with a fun skit (not! A trailer) on YouTube that they’ll be bringing it back to theaters, and have done a new 4K restoration of the film. Would be interesting to see if they gave it an Atmos remix (their last acquisition/re-release...

This is weird. If this is the new upcoming version of the concert in 4k, why is the KScape price so low at $24.95, when the disc price from A24 is $58. Makes me wonder if this price is an error?
 
...or what would an ATMOS blu-ray of Gravity run compared to K?

Different, I know...but still, K is often superior. i.e.: In this case, I don't care about the book, disc or box - but I do want the convenience of selecting songs from my seat...at a lower price.

Thrillcat is reading that right. I would add one small note of caution, which is that with pre-orders, sometimes we will know that we will be getting the title, but we don't have all of the technical details yet, so generally I would take the absence of any information with a grain of salt. If it's present, as it is on the 4K here, then that means it will be there barring something unforeseen.

I just noticed that the website here indicates Atmos on the standard Blu-ray. So, that is encouraging. I’m definitely in if that‘s the case.

You are talking about D2D, right? Not upgrading from an already owned blu-ray quality K version?

I have both the blu ray disc and the blu ray quality versions. The disc has the upgrade price, there is no upgrade price at this time on the KScape blu ray quality version.
 
I didn’t realize I could do a D2D on a title I already own (for the upgrade.) - let alone on a pre-order!

…goIng to grab the shiny disc now.
 
I own the first version in Blu-Ray quality which shows up as "Other Edition". The audio tracks listed on that version are:
  • English (DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1)
  • English (PCM Stereo)
  • Commentary by David Byrne and Jonathan Demme*
No Atmos, but it has a commentary not available on the A24 version.
