HDR Movies not showing up

Hello,
Before i call Kscape tomorrow. Has anyone had issues with HDR Movies not showing on the on-screen menu? I have over 400+ not showing up but they are downloaded to the Terra. I’ve switched HDMI cables mutiple times. Right now i have the Tributaries 48GB in place for bot the PJ and Strato C. Also, everything is passing through correctly, all blue icons.

It’s an HDMI handshake issue. Something didn’t make a clean communication so the Kaleidescape believes the connected display is not capable of playing them. Reboot your video signal chain and it should clean it up.
 
Thank you and i couldn’t agree more but booting everything isn’t working. Strange this just started happening.
 
That was it… i just unplugged everything and rehook everything back in and now its works.. Thank you for the help!
 
This might be a good thread to post a reminder about the built-in HDMI Capabilities tool in kOS. When you're experiencing issues like the above, you can open up the browser interface for your Kaleidescape system and use the HDMI Capabilities tools to take a closer look at what is going on in your HDMI signal chain.
