Hope you have the "patience of Job". 4 years since disc release and we're still waiting on the Atmos track.
Fortunately I already have the 4K Blu-ray disc. I thought the beach landing scene could be part of a good demo script

Looks like Spies Like Us, one of my favorite terrible-but-great 80s comedies, is now available in HD in the K store.Here are a few titles only available in DVD-quality that have Blu-ray discs out there. Note that all of these movies are listed on Blu-ray.com as available on Blu-ray disc, but those at the bottom only appear as part of a double feature (not sure if that affects availability).

- The Abyss - Missing Completely (known issue)
- The Last Boy Scout - SD only, HD is available on iTunes
- The Martian, Extended Edition - HD only, 4K version on iTunes
- Once Upon A Time In America - HD only, Rent Only
- Platoon - HD only, 4K version on iTunes
- Pulp Fiction - Missing Completely !!!
- Saving Private Ryan - HD Only, 4K exists
- Vanishing Point (1971) - Missing completely. I have a BD version that's great!

The Abyss exist on non-anamorphic DVD release. Along with True Lies, another James Cameron movie, it has been in a development loop for a new remaster for about 10 years now. Cameron is too busy making another 5 Avatar movies, these won’t get released before he supervises the mastering and approved the releases. The best time to capitalize on older catalog films is when a new movie is released from the same director. Perhaps with Avatar 2, we can expect 4K wide releases of The Abyss and True Lies.
I believe Pulp Fiction was available before.

It has been available since I bought it. But now I can't find it. Only in My Movies section.
How common is it that movies dissappear without a heads up?
I have a que for at least 1500 movies in my "most wanted" D2D list but since I'm out of space on my systems (and also money following the awesome "Movies on sale" thread) I was until now in no hurry to buy them at once. Since I'm unable to both watch that many movies and have no space for them I was planning to buy them when space was freed up as I watch.
