US BR & 4K Releases for July & August 2022

A nice surprise !

Added in UHD/HDR with Dolby Atmos and in HD with DTS-HD MA 7.1 from Universal
Bummer, looked at these this morning and the prices were lower, Jurassic @ $29.99 and Black Phone $24.99, now listed as $34.99 and $29.99

Increasing prices for content is a major reason, I think, we should be waving the Movies Anywhere flag again. If we're going to pay so much, ideally we should get more for what we are spending vs. having to paying inflated prices on multiple platforms to gain high fidelity and portability.

Bought both. I'm looking forward to watch The Black Phone.

Btw.: The aspect ratio of Dominion is not 1.85 like mentioned in the K-store, instead it is 2.00.

Not doubting above maybe indeed the prices for few minutes were lower.
I am in Europe and bought Jurassic Park the moment I saw it(I had checked 5’ before doing so and it was not there) and before posting, the price was $34.99. Couldn’t care less as I was actually planning to go to the cinema with the family to see it this week and I would have paid around $80 just for the tickets…..better off at my HT and thanks to K I saved few $$$

I personally disagree. MA won’t solve the issue(see Paramount or MGM and other studios). I would be nonetheless definitely in favor of K providing me a digital code with my purchase to redeem in i.e Vudu.

What makes it "deluxe", not needing to swap discs halfway through? (A: yes, and one new special feature)

We do, however, know when Top Gun: Maverick is coming to video-on-demand (VOD) platforms: August 23, 2022. On that date, the movie will become available to purchase via the virtual storefronts of Apple TV, Prime Video, Google Play and a handful of lesser-known services. It’s likely to cost somewhere in the region of $7.99 / £4.49 to rent and $19.99 / £13.99 to buy, regardless of which store you choose.

Glad to see MGM release some 4K stuff that they've licensed to others (same as Silence of the Lambs). Wish we could say the same about a lot of other licensed stuff hitting disc lately. Hope we see Hannibal from them at some point, the 4K disc has been out for a long time now.
