4K movies disappearing

Hello All

I am connected to my system and all components showing on web browser (Alto, Strato and Disc Server). I still cannot find 4K movies that i know is downloaded there in the second screen app,

Is there anything I can do to figure what is happening?

If you have a display connected, or are connecting through a receiver, and its not set for 4k and/or HDR, then Kaleidescape will default to HD movies. I've had this happen so I know. I have my Strato C and Alto right now in my family room system while my theater is getting renovated and upgraded. Same with my Trinnov Altitude 32 SSP. I connected the Alt32 via HDMI output 1 and found all of my movies showed as HD not 4k when they are 4k. Then I changed to HDMI output 2 and all my 4k and HDR came back. In my theater I use a Lumagen Radiance Pro for video so I didn't realize this was the case!
 
I think this is happening few times now due to Altona Switch. I will check all my connections. Thank you.
 
Thanks everyone. This seemed to be due to some C4 Programming Changes. Today with stuff restored all is good. Thanks again.
