    I could live with one way. Considering K nearly shut their doors just a few years ago, I don't like having all my media with one, small company. I would be fine paying the higher K prices for many of the titles, if I also got an MA license for use elsewhere/backup to K.

    I've tried power cycling it and changing ethernet ports. Other devices are working on that switch and ports I've switched it to. Ethernet jack on back has an amber light, but no green. Any thoughts?

    Never mind. Just saw that one of my Terra servers is showing a communication failure. Going to need to see why it's offline.

    24TB hard drive failure

    Sorry, thought I had put Terra in the thread title, but failed to do that. I also assumed a one year warranty. I have two Terra's. One 2.5 years old and the other 4 years old, give or take. I believe the unit with the failed drive is the newer unit! So hopefully in warranty. .

    Yea, I have to make a decision, movie by movie, where I purchase. For instance, my wife uses Vudu as her browsing tool. If we are together, she will say, "do we have that on Kaledescape," but she doesn't start there for a variety of reasons, not the least of which that not all of our movies...

    Is there any easy way to know when a new version, such as with Atmos, has been made available in the store? What is the best/only option to download an upgraded version? Delete and then re-download?
