    This sounds very similar to the issues I used to have. We knew the people well in the Magnolia part of Best Buy and got one to come check it out. It was something to do with the setup of either the receiver, projector or even the back end of the Kscape. I was unable to be there when they did it...

    Set up question

    I had this for the longest time from the beginning of when I purchased my Kscape. I eventually had a high level technician from Best Buy (where I purchased them) who came in and played with the settings and has been fully gone for several months. Not certain what was changed though.

    So got a new projector recent that has better resolution and is laser based. Noticed it happening again but this time dark flashes similar to the 'hand shake' that occurs when switching inputs on your receiver. No drop out of audio though.     Well thankfully I'm not the only one seeing it so no need for any doctors. Fortunately, there are only 2 steps in the chain: Kscape to receiver to projector. I may be able to check if it is the receiver if I disconnect the receiver from it and check. Thanks Jim!

    So not certain if this is a set up question or a different category, but while watching movies at times I notice a quick flicker of white flash on the screen from time to time. My only thought was maybe it was a 'hiccup' during downloading the movie(s). Thoughts? Thank you.

    Help Get K Into Movies Anywhere

    We have all been waiting for this for a while and we are starting to get close to the year mark. Has anyone tried to see if Vudu, or now that they are connected with FandangoNow, was an option for K to link to? Maybe this could be an easier option for K if MA is not actively working on linking.

    Sounds like you are talking about the digital 'handshake' from one format to another. This happens with some TV signals but more obvious on a projector. Unfortunately, there is typically no way to prevent it (trust me, I have tried, even contacting my projector company Sony).
