    Anyone know if the OCeans Trilogy 4k is going to make it to kscape next week? It comes out on disc on the 30th.

    Anyone using Plex to Supplement Kaleidescape?

    I use my zappiti player, but it's basically similar to a plex scenario.. at the end of the day, some movies o4 shows are either not on kscape or overpriced there, so I use the older system still, but rarely, lol.

    UHD w/o HDR Store Analysis

    I try to stay away from the UHD movies with no HDRz for some reason the last few I have tried don't look much different from the 1080p version. I've actually gotten refunds for two of them so I know Kscape staff knows this.

    I also learned the same lesson. It's not often, but I do have to keep ripping because I can't buy everything on Kscape.

    I understand you and that's valid.. I would be interested in knowing the general lifespan of those devices.

    Totally understand how you feel, given the price of this product. For me, I bought one about 4 months ago, and if I was at the point where warranty was almost over, I would get ready to sell.

    I would love to see a chat about how you get content from the studios. What the p4ocess is and what kscape has control over and what not. From example, who in the process dictates what version of movie comes to kscape.

    Any content licensing updates to help justify investing in new Terra Prime hardware?

    the only reason i would think to upgrade would be that you want the faster download speeds. Its comes in handy if you don't have enough space to hold all your movies. You just delete something you dont care much about and add the new movie in 10 minutes.
