    Out of interest did you buy this one from ebay? I saw one on ebay not long ago and i sent the serial number to kscape support and they mentioned it has a hard drive issue.

    Hi all, I currently have a C1 gen2. I have downloaded movies from the movie store and imported some dvds. If I purchased an alto can I redownload the movies that I purchased via C1 in the movie store on the alto? Thanks. K.
