    Kaleidescape Rentals Coming Soon?

Antebellum, a current day & date release from lionsgate on other streaming services, is showing rent for $24.99 right now too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Disc to Digital

I can see the disc to digital message as well when logged in. If I log out, or view it in an incognito window, I can no longer see it. I also have an Alto linked to my Strato.

Flash Gordon and Blues Brothers 4k

Not really though. It's true that if you redeem a digital code from the 4K Blu-ray on Movies Anywhere it recognizes and says that you own it in 4K on the movie page, however, if you go to play back the movie on any 4K movies anywhere compatible devices, under the 4K 5.1 badges it says "This...

Is it possible when the multiple versions checkbox UI came up, that you were selecting the 4k one instead of the HD one? The UI asks you to select/check which one to delete, not which one to keep, and I know I personally have selected the wrong one on occasion when doing the same thing.

Flash Gordon and Blues Brothers 4k

For Flash Gordon, I believe Studio Canal did the restoration work, and then Arrow licensed it for US release. I don't think we'll see it on any digital retailer,s let alone Kaleidescape, any time soon as a result, because I don't believe Universal owns the restoration work. I could be wrong...

    Store "Hole" Feedback

It all depends on whether they purchased the digital distribution rights for a given title as well. They have for a large portion of their titles, mostly ones that aren't normally distributed by large studios, but not quite for all of the titles they sell physically. Most titles that are...

Bill and Ted 3- available day-and-date?

It all depends on the studios. If Tenet goes day and date in the US streaming, I think we will because Warner seems to prefer premium priced purchases as opposed to rentals for day and date. I would imagine Bond is the same, since it's MGM and so is Bill and Ted, which is also a purchase and not...

Bill and Ted 3- available day-and-date?

Looks like it. it’s available for pre-order on the KScape store for $39.99, which is higher than the normal $31.99 for MGM UHD movies, and what Scoob! was priced at when it was released day and date on KScape, so I imagine it will be available on the 28th, like other online movie stores. Disney Pulling Back on 4k Disc Releases

Given that streaming services all have different bitrates for their streams, it's most likely that the studios are providing them with the same (or similar) mezzanine files that KScape gets, rather than the studios providing them with already highly compressed files, it's just they further...

4K Titles in Store But Not Available on Disc

Under the skin is only UHD though. It’s in 4K with Dolby Vision on iTunes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Kaleidescape - Please Get on This Bandwagon

Problem is that studios (with few exceptions, Scoob! being the one) only want to do rentals for Day-and-date, and KScape doesn't have rental capabilities. I'd love for them to add rentals in general, even if they were a bit more than regular streaming rentals, because the experience is just so...

D2D for SD to HD Price

Those are instances where studios partnered with Lionsgate (or Universal, for the Gentleman) only for physical distribution. They do their own distribution for digital releases, and as a result don't have D2D.

D2D for SD to HD Price

Yes, there is a BD to 4K upgrade path, it seems to range from $11.99 to $15.99 depending on the studio. I *think* there is an SD to 4K path too, but I don’t know what the prices are. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Store "Hole" Feedback

The first two "Friday the 13th" movies, and the 2009 reboot are available in HD, but the following ones are only available in SD, even though blu-rays are available: Friday the 13th, Part 3: 3-D Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter Friday the 13th, Part 5: A New Beginning Friday the 13th, Part...

    Disney and Fox Price Reductions

That's what this discussion is about. Disney titles used to be $33.99 on the KScape store. The $19.99 price is Vudu's new price, they used to be $24.99 there.
