    I also get this approx once/month, only happens when navigating the menu for the disk, never happens once playing a movie. Not 100% sure if only Blu-ray, will monitor it as I have 50/50 split DVD to Blu. Dupe...

    A lot of the case appears to focus on the fact that the disk is not present, surely the CCA would accept the vault solution? This would not satisfy every customer, but most of the work I do would be fine (except canal boats). Dupe...
