    I intended to ship this to Kaleidescape to use in an upgrade but when I learned K would accept my Kvault10 I sent that instead. Why send a working 3U when they will accept a lower value item that cannot be repaired when it quits for the same discount? Kaleidescape tech said they see nothing...

    Update: I just reviewed the invoice for the 6tb drive: The date I placed the order was 9/18/2016 but the drive was delivered to the store on 10/09/2016 I think that means the drive is still under warranty until 10/09 this year and can be reconfigured to be used in another system until then.

    reset M300?

    You are right it is a 1080P mini player-300, I did not know there was a mini player another than the M300 so I figured it was the M300. I was able to reset with web interface.It looks like the 1080P mini player plays only DVD's, no BLU-RAY movies show up on the onscreen interface.

    I'm a mac user, found IP by from web interface using: http://(IP of server)/lskd.html Got it changed to HDCP with web interface, thanks. :)

    I picked up a M300 to use for my bedroom but found it was set to a static IP and there is no reset pinhole in the back of the unit, no USB port either. Maybe an older unit? Is there a way to reset to HDCP without the pinhole?

    Kvault-10 eject disc?

    I unplugged the M500 that the vault was connected, so I could use the power and ethernet to test another unit, when I plugged the M500 back in the KVault-10 automatically ejected the discs that needed to be ejected. That may be a possible solution if someone needs it in the future. :-)

    I did unplug the vault, it didn't help. The movies did not import, if opening the vault is the only option that will be a project for another day. Thanks for helping. :-)

    I may have hit the button already and the discs failed to eject, at the bottom of the page there is a button labeled "cancel eject" when I clicked on it a pop-up says "None of the ejecting discs can be cancelled."

    I’ll check again when I get home, I remember the browser interface lists discs awaiting ejection but I don’t remember a button to eject them. Thanks for the reply.

    4 discs in my Vault-10 failed to rip and say "awaiting ejection" How do I eject those discs? The discs that successfully ripped I can select the checkbox and choose eject disc, but I can't find anything that tells me how to eject the discs not loaded.
