Burning Downloaded MKV (Dolby Atmos) Files to Blu Ray Disc to Play in my Kaleidescape DV-700 Disc Vault?

Any recommendation for easy & cheap or free Windows 11 PC software to burn MKV (Dolby Atmos) files (downloaded from Immersive Audio Album at Immersive Audio Album) to burn blu ray discs to play on my Kaleidescape DV-700 disc vault in Dolby Atmos?

I have a DV-700 disc vault loaded primarily with concert videos and music blu rays and dvds, by far most of which are not available in Kaleidescape's online store.
This includes Dolby Atmos blu rays, some with video, some blu ray audio only.

Thanks.

Does the DV-700 & Alto even read BD-R/BD-REs?
I haven't actually tested, but I'm pretty sure they will, because even some commercial blu-rays are BD-R. They're known as manufacture-on-demand (MOD) blu-rays, and they've become more common lately, because it allows companies to release movies on blu-ray, without the requirement of producing a certain amount of stock that they may or may not be able to sell through. Downside being the BD-R discs tend to go bad much quicker than a pressed disc would.

BD-R discs can be read/imported. In the past I made my own "home movie" disc with some DTS and Dolby trailers found on thedigitaltheater .com. I used multiAVCHD v3.0 b729 (the last 3.0 version) and it works great. I had first tried using the latest 4.0 version but k would not play the disc. I found a thread that said there was a problem with some players (Panasonic) not liking the menus created by the 4.0 version. So I am assuming that was the problem. I was able to make a custom scene for each trailer and now use them in scripts.
