Default Star Trek UHD UV

I purchased Star Trek and ST2 Khan in the Store and they are UV but they are not listed in my UV library as UHD. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Not had the issue purchasing from K, but I purchased the discs (not Khan) prior to the titles being available in K and none of the UV codes from those redeemed in UHD. if they are showing as HD quality, then they are redeeming the same as codes going the other way (purchase disc, redeem code, only HD quality available in any retailer).

Paramount are adamant that the only quality available in UV is HD.

You will have to contact Ultraviolet and show proof of purchase and they will fix your purchases in your library. I’ve done this a number of times with pics and receipts and they’ve fixed my issues.

So, do they not appear at all in your library, or just not in the quality you expected?

Come back and let us know how you get on after contacting UV, be interested to hear what they say, given my ongoing dispute with Paramount over these titles.

They are great in the Kaliedescape they just do not translate in UHD to Fandango Now etc.

And they won't for the reason given above and in the Khan thread from a few weeks ago. Paramount have only released HD codes for redemption from the UHD titles.
