Default M700 Disc Vault Noise Level ?

I am looking to add a M700 Disc Vault to my Strato and use the Co-Star Solution but am curious about the noise level and heat level I will be sitting about 6 feet from the tv, donít want it to be too loud or be to hot temperature like sitting next to a computer...

Any help with this would be much appreciated...

Also what is M700 Disc Vaults Price ?

I keep my Disc Server in the same room, in a closed front rack cabinet, and only notice the sound it when it is changing a disc.

I believe you need an Alto in addition to use the Co-Star solution as the Disc Server plays through the Alto (and the Alto and Strato HDMI outputs are automatically switched through the Co-Star). Since the Disc Server communicates through Ethernet you can place it anywhere on your network (it does not have to be in the same room).

Even in my closed front cabinet the Disc Server stays well within the "green" zone of temperature.

Mine is right next to the tv. It’s silent.

It makes a soft quaint noise reminiscent of R2D2 swivelling.
